Narrating Historical Nonfiction
Please select material that you enjoy or feel passionate about. 2-3 pages is fine.
Our emphasis will be nonfiction pieces that connect to history in some way, but you are free to use an expansive definition of the genre which could encompass biography, memoir, social justice, etc. The only thing to avoid would be educational textbooks. We look forward to diving deep into your excerpts in a supportive environment.
Limit 12 narrators only. During each session, 3 narrators will have an opportunity to receive 1:1 coaching for 20 minutes, allowing us to get through all 12 narrators over the 4 sessions. You will be able to sign up for a specific slot in advance.
